"My favorites", is a page where I want to share some of my favorite little toy cars from my collection. My collection consists of many different kinds of diecast cars, though I have concentrated on Redline Hotwheels for the past 5 years. I enjoy the hobby of collecting toy cars and if fact have been interested in "automobilia" since I was a child. I guess, this way I can own all the cars that I dreamed of owning when I was in my youth and I don't have to have a garage the size of a football field. They all fit in one room of the house. "Redlines" were made by Mattel Inc., between 1968 and 1977. The term "redline" refers to the red stripe on the tires, just like some of the real cars in the 60's came with, from the factory.

This red Custom Cuda belonged to me a few years ago and recently I had a chance to buy it back from a friend, and jumped at the offer. |
The red Cuda in the US version is thought to be a store display model. I don't know but I know I like it very much. |
Magenta is another harder color to find the 57 T-bird casting in. |

This one was a long time coming but I am happy to say, I finally own a Orange Custom T-bird! |
The Custom T-bird in orange is one of the hardest colors to find this casting in. |

This one is a Aqua Hong Kong casting of the Sand Crab with the rare white interior variation. |

Olive Boss Hoss with white interior.

The Custom Camaro in Olive is a very hard color to find this casting in but even harder than that is the white interior variation. I have only seen a few in my years of collecting redlines. |
