About Us Policies Ordering Payment Options FAQ Contact Us Newsletter Little Toy Cars, the collector site was created in 2000 for the purpose of displaying some of my collection of "Little Toy Cars". It grew into much more with our "Redline Guys" club link and the "Showcase" area of the site. My name is Bob and I have been a "Toy Car" collector for over ten years and have met some really great people in the hobby and had some really great experiences. Out of my experiences and collecting habits I been able to turn what was strictly a hobby, into a small business, selling some of my extra's and also stocking some great newer "right out of the factory case" items like Muscle Machines and Jada Toys as well as some great new Jesse James West Coast Choppers. I have been a eBay member since 1998 and have been a Power Seller with a near perfect record for about 4 years now. At Little Toy Cars & Collectibles, my Wife (Bev) and I will continue to provide the same kind of customer service and dedication to excellence that we have achieved and maintained as eBay sellers. Over the years my collection has grown by leaps and bounds and I have collected hundreds of Toy Cars, including, Hot Wheels Redlines, Vintage Matchbox, Corgi's, Husky's, Dinky's and the newest additions to the collection, Muscle Machines. I will continue to collect and now we will be also selling some of these great Toy Cars. Don't be surprised if you happen to see some of my personal collection pieces on the store from time to time. We would like to provide a full range of items at Little Toy Cars & Collectibles including other items not related to diecast Cars, like Indy style racing items, Elite Brigade Soldiers, G.I. Joes and much more! Below are our policies and information on how everything from Ordering to Payments and Shipping will be handled. We hope that we have covered all the bases but if you should have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks for shopping at Little Toy Cars and Collectibles Orders may be placed by using our online store and automated system. The way the process works is: You find the item(s) that you would like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you have made your final selection(s), you will click complete order. Once all of the information that is need is complete, you will receive a email confirmation with the Shipping Total pending, this is the first email confirmation. After that we will go in and approve, process and add the shipping to the total and at that time you will receive a 2nd and final email confirmation. It is at that time that you should send payment. Please don't send payment until the 2nd confirmation with the shipping total is received. All Orders received will be confirmed by Little Toy Cars & Collectibles by automated confirmations sent through the store system. Please note that some of the items are unique and there will only be ONE available for sale. This is one of the reasons why we have to manually approve each order. It may be possible that the item(s) that you want to purchase may not be available, so again, please wait until you receive the final confirmation before sending payment. *All Orders are approved and processed on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and PAYPAL are all accepted as forms of payment. *We DO NOT accept Personal checks as a form of payment. All payments should be received within 10 days from the date of the final confirmation is sent to you. Any payment received after the 10 day period, will be returned and your order will be cancelled. Sorry but we can not hold on to items for an indefinite period of time. PayPal is the preferred accepted form of payment. If you would like to use PayPal you can send payment directly by clicking the link at the bottom of the home page of the store once you receive the 2nd email confirmation with the shipping charges included or you can request that a "money" request be sent through PayPal after your order is placed. We will use USPS Priority Mail for most of our shipments within the USA. With some of the heavier packages, the customer will be given the option to have your items shipped by UPS Ground. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Every shipment within the USA will have a delivery confirmation attached when we use the USPS shipping method. This cost will be included in the shipping charges. All items over $25.00 will require insurance. Any items under $25.00, insurance will be optional. Shipping charges are calculate base on the weight and destination of the package by the Shipping Carrier (USPS or UPS).
